All Tacoma Public Schools students, grade K-12 interested in participating in intermural, recreational or school sports are welcome to attend a FREE Sports Physical and Health Fair, Thursday, August 22 from 3:30 to 6 p.m.

Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Paperwork can be completed upon arrival.

Two locations:
       Lincoln High School
       701 S. 37th Street, Tacoma

       Mount Tahoma High School
       4634 S. 74th St. Tacoma

Sports Physicals
Distance eye screening, height/weight, blood pressures, and physical exam provided by doctors.
