Join Tacoma Power, Franklin Pierce School District, and Community Energy Labs for an in-person Smart and Resilient School Energy Summit. The Summit will cover the basics of how our world is changing and innovative solutions that emerging clean energy technologies can play in keeping our air clean and communities safe.

Through interactive and hands-on workshops, participants will learn what is essential as well as what they could reduce or go without in the course of an outage. Our project team will take this input into consideration when exploring ways to use electric buses at the school as a means to create backup power and services at the high school.
