Event Series Event Series: Second Cycle BIPOC Night Kick-Off Ride

Second Cycle BIPOC Night Kick-Off Ride

September 9, 2021 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free

Come out for our first BIPOC community-focused bike event where we will ride through the streets of Tacoma. These rides are free events. Bikes will be provided to those in need for the duration of the ride. Helmets and masks required. No one gets left behind on these rides and they are led and swept by POC 2nd Cycle Staff. These rides are at a casual pace and you should be able to hold a conversation with the rider next to you.

The mission of these rides is to create space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in the bicycle community and industry while dismantling the barriers that keep folx from participating in the activity/sport.

The vision is to create access, community, and a movement of uplifting each other through the joy of riding a bike.
