The Long Night is not themed to advocate a solution. Instead, it submerges the viewer in the experience of Natalie and Lisa surviving the life; for Tom and Nacole watching their daughter slip out of their hands; for Andy, and his fellow police officers, trying to create a more just system.
The facilitated discussion to follow the film will have representatives from Washington Engage, a state organization dedicated to prevention and early intervention along with their Pierce County Coalion Against Trafficking (PCCAT) to offer viable solutions to this growing multi-billion dollar industry that is the new form of slavery in this century.
