Lakewold Gardens invites you to get into the Halloween spirit with scary-fun activities for all ages . . . if you dare! All Hallows’ Eve 2023, Eerie Enchantments: Poe’s Garden of Shadows is Fridays-Sundays October 20-29 from 6-9pm & Halloween night from 6-7:30. 

Witness the elusive Gravelly Lake Monster’s nightly appearance, search for ravens in the garden scavenger hunt, enjoy a haunting candlelight concert or a classic monster movie.

For some crafting fun make a fun or frightening origami bats and take some time to shop for spooktacular seasonal keepsakes in the gift shop. Fridays &. Saturdays only, heed the words of Edgar Allen Poe as actors present short dramatizations of some of his most spine-tingling tales. 

Sunday October 22nd ONLY there will be a pumpkin carving session (pumpkins will be available for purchase and we will provide the carving tools) and there will be two sessions of kid-friendly stories told by the Fairy Gothmother at 6:30 pm; scarier tales hosted by the (S)Caretaker at 8 pm.

Sunday October 29th ONLY there will be a Candlelight Concert with Elliott Sander. Step into the shadowy living room for a concert of haunted tunes played on the organ. Performances at 6:30 & 8 pm.
