Bring your friends and enjoy a summer evening party in the unique setting of Fort Nisqually and and Point Defiance Park. Friday at the Fort takes place Friday, August 5, 6-9:30pm. The beauty of the Park at dusk surrounds you while live music adds energy and fun to the scene. Choose to kick back and relax or dance the night away. Quench your thirst and feed your hunger with local refreshments available for purchase including craft beers, Washington wines, and tasty snacks. Seating is on the lawn, so bring a blanket or a folding chair. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the gate for this 21-and-older event. Tickets can be purchased online at FridayAtTheFort.org or in person at Fort Nisqually Living History Museum. All proceeds from this annual fundraising event, hosted by the Fort Nisqually Foundation, benefit the education programs at Fort Nisqually.
