Embark on an exciting journey through the pages of read-aloud nature stories, translating environmental themes into creative dance movements.

Children, ages 4 1/2 to 6, are invited to explore the natural wonder of the wind, learning how we can harness its power for things such as sailing and electricity, all while expressing themselves through the art of dance. No prior dance experience is required!

Class will be instructed by Stephanie Herbst, M.S. in Environmental Science and a dancer of over 25 years. Stephanie inspires young people to appreciate the natural world and illuminate complex environmental topics through creative expression.
