Catherine Place invites you to the interactive webinar, November 3 at 12-2pm, celebrating Dia de Los Muertos with an exploration of tradition and the healing power of honoring memory and acknowledging loss. If you are a caregiver or want to learn how to support one close to you, this event is for you!
This interactive webinar and workshop helps you embrace change while honoring letting go and is presented by globally acclaimed podcast host, business coach, and speaker Pam Covarrubias who teaches the Emotional Freedom Technique/tapping, a quick, self-administered acupressure routine to relieve stress and anxiety.
Caregivers in our lives are often the first to put their own needs aside and prioritize others–risking exhaustion, burnout, and emotional strain. We will explore understanding and setting healthy boundaries in work and life, establish what good self-care practices look like for different people, and share strategies for bringing self-nurturing habits into daily life.
Pam will walk us through what happens to us physically in times of change and stress, and introduce us to nervous system regulation via the CHANGE framework:
