Join Associated Ministries on an exciting scavenger hunt to investigate and better understand the realities of homelessness in our community. Final details of this meaningful event are still in the works. Here’s what we do know: we want you to join us!

Amazing Quest: To Understand Homelessness will be a family-friendly Amazing Race-style challenge open to all ages. Stations and activities at various Tacoma landmarks along a route easily accessible to everyone. Each stop will feature an activity related to homelessness, illustrating the difficulties our homeless neighbors face, and addressing common misconceptions.

Teams: You will form a team of 2-8 teens/adults (children will not count against that total). Teams will receive points based on pre-event fundraising participation and through the completion of challenge stops during the event. The winning team will enjoy an amazing prize to be announced at the closing ceremonies at People’s Park! Funds raised before and during the event will benefit Associated Ministries
