5th Annual Watershed Issues Forum
November 17, 2021 @ 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
FreeThe 5th annual Watershed Issues Forum will be held on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 17th. The forum is an annual educational event hosted by the Chambers-Clover Creek Watershed Council in WRIA 12, and is organized around a different theme each year. The theme this year is ground water. In past years, we’ve focused on lakes, stormwater, salmon recovery, and land stewardship. The forum typically draws between 70-100 guests and speakers. This year’s forum will be hosted virtually on Zoom and it is free to attend.
Call for Abstracts: The theme of this year’s Watershed Issues Forum is All About Groundwater. Speakers with expertise, studies, monitoring, models and other current information to share about groundwater issues affecting and in WRIA 12 are invited and encouraged to submit an abstract by September 10.
