I started working with GTCF in Dec 2020 after being connected with the organization in the summer.

Contributing my knowledge as part of the group of individuals seeking to better the Tacoma Community at large for the good of all.

I have been a CPA in service to the public for 25+ years. As a CPA, I aspire to be the first person my client thinks of when they need advice on any matter, regardless of if it is a financial matter, strategic or operational issue, or even a personal challenge. This trusted role is achieved through building a solid relationship with each client, understanding their short and long-term goals, fully understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering extraordinary service time and time again.

Outside of GTCF, what enjoyable activity do you engage in? What brings you joy?

Helping our community through lay marriage counseling through our church, supporting our Shannon & Friends Foundation at our CPA firm helping Kent school children, spending time with friends and family.

Ruston Way waterfront is a way to experience one area of beauty in Tacoma and meet a host of people enjoying the outdoors.

What is the most inspiring book that you have read and why?

The Bible - Jesus's message of selfless love - agape love for all.
