It’s coming! The 3rd Tacoma Light Trail is a free winter light art festival in downtown Tacoma, WA. Get ready by joining the Dragon Parades & Satellight events bringing light art to Hilltop, South Tacoma and Eastside Dec. 3, 7 & 11.  Make a lantern at one of our library workshops Dec. 1, 8, 9 & 17. Then bring your sparkliest outfit to join the kickoff New Year’s Eve Light Parade from UWT to Tollefson Plaza for music, circus, projections, shadow puppet play and more on Dec. 31
