Knowledge of Local Philanthropy: The Community Foundation exists to be a philanthropic resource for our community and has a thorough understanding of the needs of the Pierce County community, as well as the nonprofit organizations in our area. This expertise allows us to provide you with giving recommendations and creates opportunities to connect you with the opportunities that relate to your own values.
Philanthropy Resources and Consulting: The Community Foundation has the resources available to assist you in learning about the philanthropy in our area, as well as to provide you consulting on the variety of funds and donor options. Donor Education: The Community Foundation provides you with educational events, philanthropic news and information, as well as inspiration and tools to connect your values with intentional philanthropic impact.
Administrative Support: The Community Foundation takes care of the administrative tasks while you focus on philanthropy. We do the paperwork, IRS tax reporting, grantee evaluation, investment management, and provide quarterly fund reports for you. |
