Graham-Kapowsin High School
Scholarship Program
The following scholarships are available to graduating students at Graham-Kapowsin High School.
Established in 1992 through Elva Austin’s last will and testament. This scholarship award rotates each year between high schools throughout Pierce County.
Eligibility Requirements: • Current graduating senior at a Pierce County High School. • Must enroll at a two-year or four-year college or university accredited in the United States. • Must have demonstrated financial need.
Established in 1990 in memory of Jim Fairbanks, by his beloved family. This scholarship award rotates each year between high schools throughout the Bethel School District #403.
Eligibility Requirements: • Current graduating senior from a high school in the Bethel School District #403. • Must enroll at a vocational school or a two-year or four-year college or university. • Must have demonstrated financial need.
Established in 2006.
Eligibility Requirements: • Current graduating senior from Graham-Kapowsin High School. • Plan to attend a vocational, two-year, or four-year year college of university. • Must be involved in music.
Established as a memorial to Jordan M. Reifel, Sr., in 1989, by his loving family. Jordan Reifel, Sr. was born in Pasadena and was in the food brokerage business for thirty-five years. He loved to hunt, fish, attend USC football games and spend time with his family and friends. He was a giving, generous person. “Big Jordan” will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him. This scholarship award rotates each year between high schools within the Bethel School District #403.
